Your Builders Report

Green Light can provide your detailed builders report within 24 hours of completing the property inspection.

As independent inspectors, we have been contracted by you and will be available to respond to any questions or concerns in relation to your building report.

We prepare a comprehensive full detailed and easy to understand written report containing photos and details about any visible defects and areas of concern on the inspected property. The report will identify matters that need attention and expose weathertight risk areas throughout the home. General maintenance issues will also be covered in the report. All reports are cross-checked for accuracy before being sent to you.

Our building reports are customised and individually written to comply with the relevant NZ Standards, NZS4306 – 2005. Our reports are not automatically generated in a tick box format, therefore we are unable to provide a same day service. Reports are available within 24hrs, by midday the following day.

All inspection details and components of the property are comprehensively recorded by the inspector and all data is digitally stored.
